Modbus register value decoder

Decode raw register bytes into every numeric type that matches their length. The ordered bytes remain visible so a plausible number never hides an unproven word order.

Why byte order must stay explicit

Busloom shows every signed, unsigned, and floating-point interpretation that exactly matches the supplied byte length. Modbus transfers 16-bit registers in network byte order, but it does not define how a vendor places wider values across registers.

Use a documented or independently known value to prove the layout. Do not choose a type or byte order merely because one result looks plausible.
